Before submitting a repair request, please read through the advice below.
Clogged Toilets
If your toilet clogs, stay calm and avoid multiple flushes, as this can cause overflow.
First, use a plunger with a flange (the extended part that fits into the drain) for a tighter seal. Push down gently, then pull up with more force to loosen the clog.
For persistent clogs, a mixture of hot water and dish soap can sometimes help dissolve debris. If the toilet remains clogged, contact us to prevent damage or further issues.
Sink / Shower Clogs
If your sink or shower clogs, first try clearing visible debris from the drain.
Next, use a plunger designed for sinks or showers, creating a tight seal around the drain and plunging gently at first, then with more force to dislodge the clog.
For minor clogs, pouring a mixture of hot water and baking soda, followed by vinegar, may dissolve grease or soap buildup. Let it sit for several minutes before rinsing with hot water. Contact us for persistent clogs you can't dislodge on your own.
