Welcome to McCracken Property Management

We are McCracken Property Management, a full-service rental property management company specializing in short term, mid term, and long term rental management for real estate investors. We manage investment properties to maximize rental income, reduce vacancies, and protect your asset through proactive property maintenance, strict legal compliance, rigorous tenant screening, and professional tenant relations.

Founded by investor Sylvie McCracken, a bilingual and bicultural professional originally from Argentina, our investor-centered processes pair data-driven rent optimization and strategic tenant placement with responsive 24/7 maintenance coordination and transparent financial reporting so investors enjoy consistent, passive returns without the daily operational burden.

WHY HIRE

McCRACKEN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT VS. SELF-MANAGING

1. Higher net income with less hands-on time

Professional pricing strategies, proactive maintenance, and focused tenant retention translate to fewer vacancy days, lower repair costs, and steadier cash flow. As investor-focused managers, we optimize rental income while minimizing the time you spend on operations.
2. Remove the daily stress of operations
We handle tenant communications, rent collection, emergency repairs, vendor coordination, and lease compliance 24/7. That means no more late-night calls, missed payments, or legal headaches—just reliable, transparent reporting so you can monitor performance without doing the work.
3. Stronger tenant screening leads to better outcomes
Our rigorous screening—credit and background checks, employment and rental history verification, and reference reviews—reduces turnover and property damage. With access to broader applicant pools and a vetted waiting list, we place higher-quality tenants who stay longer and pay on time.

Thorough Tenant Screening

Involves collecting and analyzing various pieces of information, such as credit reports, employment verification, rental history, and references. The purpose is to assess the applicant's financial stability, rental track record, and suitability as a responsible and reliable tenant. By conducting thorough tenant screening, property managers can minimize the risk of renting to individuals with a history of payment issues, property damage, or eviction, thereby ensuring a higher likelihood of finding tenants who will maintain the property well and fulfill their lease obligations.
All-Inclusive Management

This encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including property marketing, tenant screening, lease administration, rent collection, maintenance and repairs, financial reporting, and legal compliance. With all-inclusive property management, owners can delegate the day-to-day operations and tasks to experienced professionals who have expertise in maximizing property performance and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This approach saves property owners time and effort, as they can rely on the property management team to handle everything from finding and screening tenants to maintaining the property and addressing any tenant concerns. By offering a full suite of services, all-inclusive property management aims to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience for property owners while optimizing the property's profitability and maintaining its value.
